Thanks for the encouragement, I’m currently on the Liquid diet, I’m from the UK and I have mamanged to loss 11 lbs in just over a week and was really worried that I wasn’t doing to good, I have to have 4 pints of milk a day along with 1 salty drink and one jelly which is jello for those of you all reading this statesaide, but anyway just wanted to say a BIG thank you for the help!

o there. I know what you are talking about on the liquid diet. I did mine for 2 weeks as well. My surgery was on Fb 25th at the Cleveland Clinic. It is a lot more pain than I expected, but I know it will all be worth it.

You know I have to tell you, you look absolutely beautiful in this video!! It really is ashame that you will be joining the skinny people because you girl are a credit to plus size beauty!! Now that being said, I know that its better to be healthy and skinny then to be unhealthy and beautiful!! Nope, no side …
Nope, no side effects. They did exactly what they were supposed to and no trouble at all. I do think they helped to accelerate the weight loss a bit, and my dietician did OK them. Thanks for your comment!
