I believe in educating people…I believe in being honest and truthful about this journey…and one of them is that wls is not dangerous…Obesity is dangerous and killing people every day. But we are two communities, both working hard to get to the same place…better health and better life.

I have the 30 day …
I have the 30 day shred too, I haven’t actually done it that much though. I follow my own plan that I make up as I go. Right now I go to the gym 5x a week. Once to play badminton, then volleyball, then a boot camp class that is similiar to the 30 day shred, and then two days of treadmill/elliptical/weights. I calorie count and make up my own meal plans.
