In this video I show you all the contents of the box of food for my pre and post surgery diet. My program requires that I buy it all from their office.
you HAD to buy … you HAD to buy stuff from them? sounds like they had a bridge to sell you too LOL i imagine its so they know what you’re taking and what to expect from you physically after surgery, like a controlled environment? my doctor has us taking optisource vitamins…omg they’re foul, but all vits are in my opinion…BLECK BLECK BLECK!
I will get to shop … I will get to shop for broths, jellos, and post op food to integrate in. I don’t have to buy anything else from them unless I want to shop their “store.”
I love creamsicles! … I love creamsicles! Thanks – I will have to try it! I think they are trying to make it easy for us, which it is – I did not have to shop around and read a thousand labels. I think it was expensive but it is tasty and I am not tempted to cheat so my surgeon knows exactly what my body has had for the past two weeks. I look forward to trying the nectars though
I have a hugh … I have a hugh problem when they REQUIRE you to purchase thier stuff! It doesn’t give you the ability to shop around for pricing, and or flavors. Is that all they have Chocolate and Vanilla?
How many MEAL (not snack) bars did you get?
I have to agree that was very expensive.
Today you start, one recipe is vanilla powder, crystal light orange, milk, ice and it tastes just like a creamsicle.
Good Luck
wow, that seems … wow, that seems awfully expensive. I hope that you are allowed to do your own shopping later on. I guess that it makes it more convenient though. I take the cinnamon flavor..it has a bite to it, but its good.
