im sorry too but … im sorry too but with the greatest of respect the surgery is ONLY A TOOL it doesnt lose weight byitself unless you STRICTLY monitor your food amounts calorific intake and excersise daiily all things that most pre bypass obese patients are not able to do- the surgery is on your stomach NOT ON YOUR MIND so you still battle with terrible food cravings and its a really tough way of life and unlike any other weight loss regime IT IS FOR LIFE and its bloody hard so please do not for one mo its easy
Surgery is not … Surgery is not simple. Exercise, life-long changes in food choices & eating behaviors ARE required and pre-/post-op diets are MORE stringent than other diets. It’s a TOOL to aid success and discipline IS required. It requires 6-12 mos of pre-op wt. loss, nutr. and dr. appts, testing, psych evals & support groups — and all that continues post-op! It’s not the only way to lose weight, but it’s the only statistically probable way for many. Thinking this is easy is a very faulty umption.
I´m sorry, but with … I´m sorry, but with all respect it´s very ,very ,honestly and truly sad that you had to get a surgeon´s help to get your actual weight (by the way is really great) but your great story has not even a little of greatness because you didn´t do anything to reach it…no discipline, no fight against your hungry or bad habits… just a simple surgery… I´m sorry but , even you look great now , it´s not something to applause you.
If this is really … If this is really true WOW, excellent job. Instead of me watching all of your old videos, please share with us how you did it, more specifically what exercises you did. What was your starting weight?
