Glad to see you’ve found a support group and seem to be getting along better now! I just watched this video and the last – hang in there still, it takes some mental work to get past the hang ups that have kept us big. Yes – big can feel powerful but it doesn’t feel good. It will take all of us some time to make the mental adjustments. You’re looking great!
