Good lookin’ out girl. I had some young, petite, blonde lady take my blood last time and she did very well. Hopefully I have the same luck next time. I’ll try and steer clear of the little Asian lady. LOL

    Yeah, I had heard …
Yeah, I had heard that this has happened to a few of his other patients. After all, he’s an extremely busy guy. But from what those other patients have said, he’s a wonderful surgeon with an exceptional bedside manner. :)

Thanks. At first I was pretty bummed but now I see it as an opportunity to lose a few more pounds of fat and gain a few more in muscle before the big day. Everything happens for a reason. :)

    Memorial Medical …
Memorial Medical Center in Modesto is a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence and from what I’ve read ragarding my surgeon, he is more than qualified. LOL The funny thing is that every single time I was given the opportunity to meet my surgeon something got in the way. Supposedly the day before my consultation with him his office phoned me to reschedule our appt. for a later time slot, but was unable to reach me. As a result I had my consultation with a member of his staff. Ugh. Road blocks.

    Abby, I’m also …
Abby, I’m also pre-op. I can’t believe you have never met your surgeon. On my 1st consultation I met with my surgeon & have met with her every time I go which 4 times now. What kind of a practice doesn’t let you meet with your surgeon? IYou need to check our your surgeons creditentials 1st. Surgeons only need to take one course on the subject. How many procedures has your doctor performed and for how many years? Just be careful.
