Hi I am a 25 yr old single mom scheduled for RNY May 5. I am 270lbs and 5’2. I think I can relate to u.
I am so scared about this diet because I see all the food that must be given up the goods ones like vegetables and tomato and the bad one
what is your advice and also do you have any regrets?
last i dont see any excess skin do u really need lipo?

yeah theres sugar …
yeah theres sugar free cookies but its like 100 calories just for one cookie and i dont want to fall back in the old habits of eating cookies again, cause when dumping syndrome does stop which it will one day i know myself im gonna want to taste that reg cookie cause it wouldnt do anything to me.
