    Make sure to take …
Make sure to take Calcium Citrate.. (not carbonate) :) We need to take that for strong bones… most multi-vitamins are calcium carbonate.. and we can’t absorb it.. just thought I would pass that one. Research it form yourself of course and talk to your doc! Your doing great!!!!

I take Optisource Vits from Walgreens (made for bariatric patients) and they are slightly better then flintstones from what I understand. 25$ a bottle though. Hope that helps! Your so beautiful!

You know, between you and one other on here, you’re kind of pushing me from choosing to be banded to doing the GBP. I’m still not quite sure where I’ll end up, still trying to find a doctor, taking FOREVER, but, it’ll be so worth it. You totally rock! Keep it up and keep your glow shining.

Thanks Taunia. I’m still just in bed with no energy but was awake more today. Ray said I seem perkier but not sure that I feel it. Thanks for thinking of me :) I’m feeling a little down in the dumps and have daily crying bouts of “why did I do this…” Hugs, Shannon

    Hey Shannon…I was …
Hey Shannon…I was going to call you today, but didn’t know if you’d be up for talking. I’ll give you a ring this weekend if you’re ok. Definitely get in water, crystal light, broth, whatever you can so you don’t dehydrate. I got the Carnation Instant Breakfast sugar free chocolate, and that was decent with skim milk. Just little bits at a time…do what you can. Eventually you’ll be able to tolerate more. I promise :)

taunia, great video!! Makes me feel like there will be life/food after this horrible stuff I’m going through. It made me so hungry..oye I’d love some Wendys chili right now. Give me some tips for getting through this post op liquid stuff. I can not do anything. Protein (even the stuff I liked prior to surgery) is making me gag. Nichole told me just to get some liquid down so I don’t dehydrate..so I’m working on it. I’m really struggling. HELP!!! love ya Shannon
    Great video…thanks.

Ooooo..I’ll have to run over to Walmart and get some more Fuze. I’m completely in love with it! I must have missed the 0% e at the store – the more protein the better, so I’ll have to pick that up! Thanks for the tips, and thanks for watching! :)
